BUS 3220 - Industrial and Labor Relations This course examines the social, economic, and governmental forces that affect the behavior of the parties involved in the collective bargaining process in both the private and public sectors. This course also offers the student an opportunity to participate in simulated bargaining and grievance sessions.
Prerequisites & Notes The prerequisite is junior standing or permission. This course is offered every odd numbered spring.
